I would just take your time and energy and shop all over for an improved offer. If you are not confident that You'll need a CTL, you may normally add OTT tracks to some wheeled equipment, or choose a VTS program. I would be afraid of jogging any type of rubber tracks however if you'll be in rocky, sharp areas. Just my $.02. Very good luck.The equip
